Leased Apartments (short term)

Should you decide to utilize your property, we’ll be pleased to help you since short-term leases (of a few days/terms) may guarantee higher monthly incomes than long term leases.

As an advantage of this form of lease, the apartment is cleaned and checked after every use (guest) so unlike long term leases, it is supervised by the owner every so often.

As a result of a constant reconciliation with the owner, the exact state of the apartment to be let, the expected future income and the terms of the contract get defined. To protect Owner’s interests, a customer's agreement will be signed, both in English and Hungarian, if required. When transferring the apartment to the person or company specialized for short term leases, we’ll hand them a property transfer protocol including photos and meter readings to document the state of the apartment in question.

We agree to fulfill and induce others to fulfill the requirements set forth in the customer’s agreement signed so you’ll be relieved of any jobs and problems relating to your property or its lease; thus your property will turn into an investment that promises a high yield without its daily tasks burdening you.

within Budapest area HUF 20.000 / month + 5% of the revenue of short-term renting income
(in addition to the fee charged by a company specialising in short-term rentals)

We ask you to pay our service fee subsequently before the last workday of every month.
Our fee for conducting affairs in Pest country and the catchment area of lakes Velence and Balaton is the same as in Budapest, but we will charge a milage fee depending on the distances covered so please request an individual offer from us.
