Leased apartments (long term)

Should you decide to utilize your property, we’ll be pleased to assist you since a long term lease may help you to a guaranteed and predictable regular monthly income.

We will define the exact state of the apartment to be leased, the expected future rent, the terms of contract, the requirements set against the to-be tenants or any grounds for refusal. Then we’ll find potential tenants through advertisements, make sure the apartment can be looked at, then sign a lease agreement, both in English and Hungarian if required, with the to-be tenant selected with the owner’s consent to protect the latter’s interests. When transferring an apartment to the tenant, we’ll hand them a property transfer protocol including photos and meter readings to document the state of the apartment in question.

We agree to fulfill and induce others to fulfill the requirements set forth in the lease agreement signed so you’ll be fully relieved of any jobs and problems relating to your property or its lease; thus your property will turn into an investment that ensures a predictable income without its daily tasks burdening you.

We ask you to pay our service fee subsequently before the last workday of every month.
Our fee for conducting affairs in Pest country and the catchment area of lakes Velence and Balaton is the same as in Budapest, but we will charge a milage fee depending on the distances covered so please request an individual offer from us.
